WEAPON DUELS Season 3 — Title, Codes & Monarch Bundle Expiry

September 2026 landing page for the cosmetic refresh, the DANGO code wave, and the Monarch Bundle closing window.

Last updated:

Season 3 | WEAPON DUELS

Season 3 of WEAPON DUELS is live. The place title on the Roblox page now reads [🎀SEASON 3] WEAPON DUELS [Murderers vs Sheriffs], the coin HUD is the default, and the Battle Pass track has rolled to a fresh roster of cosmetics. This page is the September 2026 landing page for everything Season 3 — what changed, what’s new, what’s rotating out, and which of your existing trades need to move before the season window closes.

If you came here from a search for “weapon duels season 3” or “weapon duels update”, this is the index. For patch-by-day items, follow the Updates hub.

What Season 3 actually changed

The Season 3 rollout is the first non-meta change since launch — Twin Comets is leaving the underlying duel pad format, knife/gun/ability system, and pad-size selection intact while refreshing every cosmetic layer on top. Concretely:

  • Title prefix — the Roblox page title now starts with [🎀SEASON 3] (the bow-tie emoji). This is cosmetic, not a new place ID.
  • Coin HUD — the bottom-bar coin display is now the default. Older top-left variants still exist for private servers that have not pulled the latest patch.
  • Battle Pass — Season II Sea Serpent (3 Jul–23 Sep 2026) is in its final weeks. Season 3 will inherit the same pass structure with new cosmetics. See Battle Pass for the cross-season structure.
  • Monarch Bundle expiry — the limited Monarch Bundle runs 9 Aug–5 Sep 2026. After 5 Sep, Monarch cosmetics drop out of the active drop pool. Check the Monarch Bundle page for what happens to items you already own.
  • Drop pool rotation — Season 3 introduces a new knife colorway and a limited Pancake Cannon drop window. The Trading Value List page explains why this matters.
  • Codes — the August 2026 wave was DANGO and Rad; the live code set as of early September is DANGO, Rad, PONY, Pew Pew. See Codes and the August 2026 Update page.

If a future search suggests a “season 4”, treat it as unverified until the title on place 82983707799188 updates.

What is not new in Season 3

This is the section to bookmark if you came from a YouTube video claiming huge meta shifts:

  • No new pad sizes — still 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4. The pad queue format is unchanged.
  • No new ability tier — Dash, Shroud, Weapon Buff, and the abilities covered in the Abilities page remain the only options. There is no “Season 3 ability” yet.
  • No new weapons in the core rotation — Pancake Cannon and the Tier List entries for knife/gun stay the same. New cosmetics, same guns.
  • No map change — House, Aztec, and the rest of the Maps roster stay live.
  • No role change — murderer/sheriff balance is unchanged. Read the Sheriff Guide and Murderer Guide for role-specific loadout priorities that have been verified since August 2026.

If a creator is claiming a Season 3 ability rework or a new map, ask for a timestamp — most of these videos were recorded during the lead-up build and never republished with corrections.

Active codes during Season 3

Trading during Season 3

Season transitions break trade values in three ways:

  1. Drop-pool rotation — items leaving the pool spike in value because no new supply enters. Items entering the pool fall because every player can grind them.
  2. Code exclusives — items unlocked only via the codes above are S-tier for the duration of the season.
  3. Bundle expiry — the Monarch Bundle ends 5 Sep 2026. Monarch items still trade at their pre-expiry value through that date, then drift down 20–40% over the next 30 days.

Build or refresh your tradelog before 5 Sep so you have a record of every Monarch trade at the high-water mark. The Trading Value List explains how to read value-list spreadsheets without getting duped.

How to prepare for Season 3 as a new player

If you installed the game after the Season 3 title appeared:

  1. Redeem codes — full steps on Redeem Codes. Expect to spend 3–5 minutes.
  2. Read the Getting StartedGetting Started covers first-hour priorities.
  3. Pick a roleSheriff Guide or Murderer Guide depending on your pad preference.
  4. Spend Stars on abilities first — abilities are the only items that stay meta-stable across rolls. Cosmetics come and go.
  5. Skip the sniper until level 30 — the tier list shows the meta shifts around level 30; reassess then.

How to prepare for Season 3 as an existing player

If you played Season II Sea Serpent and have an established inventory:

  1. Audit Monarch trades — anything you bought in the last 30 days should be screenshot-logged against the Trading Value List before the bundle expires.
  2. Clear the Battle Pass — Season II Sea Serpent ends 23 Sep 2026. Any unclaimed tier rewards are forfeit. The Battle Pass page lists which tiers are worth grinding.
  3. Review your tradelog — anything you have been sitting on for 60+ days is probably worth selling before rotation.
  4. Set a Season 3 goal — the Abilities unlock order is the safest long-term play.
